    Where can I buy Fire Cider?

    I am a wholesale customer. Can I place an order on your website?

    Not at this time, but our sales team would be happy to take your order! Shoot them an email at sales@firecider.com or give them a ring at 413.553.0739 and they’d be happy to help you out.

    I got a discount code, awesome! Where do I add it to my order?

    Once you've added items to your cart and proceed to check out you'll get to the "Customer Information" page. There you will see a "Gift Card or discount code" text box on the right-hand side of the screen. Enter your code here and click "Apply"

    Can I send my order as a gift?

    Yes. At the bottom of your shopping cart screen there is a box titled “Special instructions for seller”. If you would like to have your order sent as a gift, please include “This is a gift” in that box, along with any personalized message you would like sent to the recipient. We will ship the order with a special packing slip that includes your message and omits all prices for the items sent.

    How much is shipping?

    We offer a $4.99 Flat Rate for shipping orders anywhere in the Continental US. Rates for orders that need to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, or need to be shipped expedited will be shown at your checkout.

    Can you ship to PO Boxes?

    TYes. If you are shipping to a PO Box, select $4.99 Flat Rate UPS SurePost at checkout. Do not select a UPS expedited shipping option to ship to a PO Box. Fun Fact: only the US Postal Service can deliver to a PO Box. Since UPS SurePost is a collaboration between UPS and the USPS where UPS delivers the package to your local Post Office, the USPS technically delivers the package to your PO Box.

    Can you ship to APO addresses?

    Yes. If you need to ship to an APO address, you can choose from USPS First Class, Priority or Priority Express options. UPS cannot deliver to APO addresses. Do not select a UPS expedited shipping option to ship to an APO address.

    When will my order ship?

    Our warehouse is committed to shipping Ground and expedited orders within one business day and Free Shipping orders within 2 business days when the orders are received by 2pm EST M-F. Orders received after 2pm EST on Friday will be processed for shipment on the following Monday. Processed orders are picked up from our warehouse at the end of each business day. Orders do not ship on weekends, UPS observed holidays or occasionally, when the warehouse is impacted by severe weather.

    How long will my order take to deliver?

    Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen method of shipment, and when you place your order. $4.99 Flat Rate UPS SurePost takes 2-7 business days. UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days. Please refer to this map. UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day and Next Day take 3, 2 and 1 business days. All delivery times are calculated starting at the end of our business day, 2pm EST M-F and do not include weekends and holidays. UPS Ground and SurePost delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

    Do you offer USPS shipping options?

    With the exception of orders shipped to APO addresses, we do not offer USPS as a shipping option. If you are looking for a USPS option to ship to a PO Box, select $4.99 Flat Rate UPS SurePost.

    Why hasn’t my order shipped?

    There are a few reasons why your order may not have shipped. It may be on hold, due to an item in your order being unexpectedly out of stock, or due to an address discrepancy. In these cases our Customer Service Dept. will contact you to resolve the issue. If you placed your order after 2PM, M-F, your order will be shipped on the next business day

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. When your order is processed, we email you a link to our tracking page for your package. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at orders@firecider.com. Visit this page at any time to follow the delivery of your package.

    Do you offer expedited shipping options?

    Yes. We offer UPS Three-Day Select, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver.

    Why am I being told that my package is at a UPS Access Point?

    Occasionally, if your address is an apartment building and you are not available to accept delivery, UPS will deliver your package to a UPS Access Point instead of leaving it at the door or returning it to their local distribution hub. A UPS Access Point is a nearby location, certified by UPS, that will hold your package for an additional 7 days. Positive ID is required when picking up your package.

    Why does my tracking info say my package is at the local Post Office?

    We use UPS SurePost to ship orders that select $4.99 Flat Rate shipping. SurePost is a partnership between UPS and USPS where UPS delivers your package to your local Post Office and then USPS delivers it to your door.

    How can I get my tracking info from USPS?

    From the UPS tracking page you can scroll to the bottom of the page to find your USPS tracking number. Simply copy and paste the number to the tracking search on USPS.com.

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    If your order is damaged, please contact our Web Store Customer Service Department at orders@firecider.com within 72 hours of receiving your package, so that we may replace your item(s).
