    Where can I buy Fire Cider?

    If you live in the U.S., please use our Store Locator to find a retailer near you. Residence of the US and Canada can also purchase Fire Cider through our Web store.

    I am a wholesale customer. Can I place an order on your website?

    Not through this site but you can place your order online! Our sales team would love to help you get started with our online portal! Shoot them an email at or give them a ring at 413.553.0739 and they’d be happy to help.

    I got a discount code, awesome! Where do I add it to my order?

    Once you've added items to your cart and proceed to check out you'll get to the "Customer Information" page. There you will see a "Gift Card or discount code" text box on the right-hand side of the screen. Enter your code here and click "Apply". If ordering on a mobile device click "Show order summary" at the top of the customer information page and the "Gift card or discount code" text box will appear.

    Can I send my order as a gift?

    Yes. At the bottom of your shopping cart screen, there is a box titled “Special instructions for seller”. If you would like to have your order sent as a gift, please include “This is a gift” in that box, along with any personalized message you would like sent to the recipient. We will ship the order with a special packing slip that includes your message and omits all prices for the items sent.

    How much is shipping?

    We offer a $4.99 Flat Rate for shipping orders anywhere in the Contiguous US. Rates for orders that need to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or need to be shipped expedited will be shown at your checkout.

    Shipping is free if I spend $75.00?!

    Any order shipped to a location within the contiguous 48 US states, not including Hawaii or Alaska, qualifies for Free Standard Shipping when you spend $75.00 or more before shipping costs have been added to your order. Please note that Gift Cards will not count towards your total to unlock Free Shipping!

    Can you ship to PO Boxes?

    Yes. If you are shipping to a PO Box, select $4.99 Flat Rate FedEx SmartPost at checkout. Do not select a FedEx expedited shipping option to ship to a PO Box. Fun Fact: only the US Postal Service can deliver to a PO Box. Since FedEx SmartPost is a collaboration between FedEx and the USPS where FedEx delivers the package to your local Post Office, the USPS technically delivers the package to your PO Box.

    Can you ship to APO addresses?

    Yes. If you need to ship to an APO address, choose $4.99 Flat Rate FedEx SmartPost. Do not select a FedEx expedited shipping option to ship to an APO address.

    When will my order ship?

    In the US - Our warehouse is committed to shipping Fed Ex Ground and expedited orders within one business day and Free Shipping orders within 2 business days when the orders are received by 2 pm ET M-F. Orders received after 2 pm EST on Friday will be processed for shipment on the following Monday.

    All international orders ship on Mondays after 2 PM.

    Processed orders are picked up from our warehouse at the end of each business day. Orders do not ship on weekends, FedEx observed holidays or occasionally, when the warehouse is impacted by severe weather.

    How long will my order take to deliver?

    Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen method of shipment, and when you place your order. In the US - $4.99 Flat Rate FedEx SmartPost takes 2-7 business days. FedEx  Ground takes 1-5 business days. Please refer to this map. FedEx Express Saver(3-day), FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Priority Overnight take 3, 2 and 1 business days respectively.  All delivery times are calculated starting at the end of our business day, 2 pm EST M-F, and do not include weekends or holidays. FedEx Ground and SmartPost delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

    In Canada - All orders to Canadian customers will ship on Mondays, with expected delivery in 6-12 business days. 

    Do you offer USPS shipping options?

    We do not offer USPS as a shipping option. If you are looking for a USPS option to ship to a PO Box, select $4.99 Flat Rate FedEx SmartPost.

    Why hasn’t my order shipped?

    There are a few reasons why your order may not have shipped. It may be on hold, due to an item in your order being unexpectedly out of stock, or due to an address discrepancy. In these cases our Customer Service Dept. will contact you to resolve the issue. In the US - if you placed your order after 2 PM, M-F, your order will be shipped within the next 2 business days. All international orders ship on Mondays after 2 PM.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. When your order is processed, we email you a link to our tracking page for your package. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at Visit this page at any time to follow the delivery of your package.

    Do you offer expedited shipping options?

    Yes. We offer FedEx Priority Overnight (next day option), FedEx 2 Day (2-day option) and FedEx Express Saver (3-day option) to US customers only.

    Why does my tracking info say my package is at the local Post Office?

    We use FedEx SmartPost to ship orders that select $4.99 Flat Rate shipping. SmartPost is a partnership between FedEx and USPS where FedEx delivers your package to your local Post Office and then USPS delivers it to your door.

    How can I get my tracking info from USPS?

    From the FedEx tracking page, you can scroll to the bottom of the page to find your USPS tracking number. Simply copy and paste the number to the tracking search on

    Do you accept returns?

    We are unable to accept returns at this time.

    The wrong item(s) were in my package!

    Well that's no fun! Occasionally an order may arrive with an incorrect item, but if it does please reach out to our Customer Service Department, within 72 hours of receiving your package, so we can arrange a replacement for you.

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    If your order is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department at within 72 hours of receiving your package, so that we may replace your item(s).
