Ingredient Spotlight: Lemony Smoothie
Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
- 1/2 cup yogurt (we love Side Hill Farm!)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 sml whole lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1-1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- pinch of ground turmeric
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
