Chef Shawn's Avocado Vinaigrette

We all know salads are a great and simple option, but it's easy to get into a salad rut. There are only so many variations we can think of with salads. Fear not! Canyon Ranch's Chef Shawn is here to spice up your salads and give you a reason to look forward to lunch!

Ingredients:

• 2 medium avocados
• 1/2 cup of Fire Cider
• 1/4 cup of 2% milk
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1/2 teaspoon  of garlic powder

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth
2. Pour over salads, chicken, or other foods
3. Refrigerate leftovers and enjoy until gone!
