We start with the same mixture of certified organic raw apple cider vinegar, vegetables, roots, fruits, and spices, and skip the honey when we pour it into our amber glass bottles. It’s a healthy alternative for those on low-sugar or Candida diets and for vegans and tastes awesome in teas, juices, drinks, and sauces.
