To make a full pot of tea, double or triple the ingredients, depending on the size of your tea pot.
For one cup of tea:
- 12 ounces boiling water
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger root
- juice from one half lemon
- honey or stevia, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Fire Cider
Steep the grated ginger and lemon juice in the boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Cover and let the ginger-y goodness infuse the hot water.
Add the sweetener and Fire Cider. Enjoy often!
