What Are You Thankful For?
In light of the holiday season, we like to take a step back and recognize what we're most thankful for in our lives. Whether it's our family, friends, pets, health, something else, or all of the above, it's important to remember all the good things in life.
When holiday stress is at its highest, it can be difficult to remember why we do all of these rituals in the first place. Remembering why your traditions are important and why the people you share them with are important can make all the difference!
