Chef Shawn's Avocado Vinaigrette
We all know salads are a great and simple option, but it's easy to get into a salad rut. There are only so many variations we can think of with salads. Fear not! Canyon Ranch's Chef Shawn is here to spice up your salads and give you a reason to look forward to lunch!
- 2 medium avocados
- 1/2 cup of Fire Cider
- 1/4 cup of 2% milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Combine all ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth
- Pour over salads, chicken, or other foods
- Refrigerate leftovers and enjoy until gone!
